My birth may be described as having had ‘special circumstances’. I don’t claim that it was pain free nor that I achieved the serenity and level of relaxation that I have witnessed many hypnobirthing mothers experiencing, however, to me, it was amazing. I remained in control the whole time and I ended up with exactly what I had visualised at the end – a beautiful water birth and the calm arrival of our gorgeous son! We took him home only a few hours later and have been amazed at what a calm and contented baby he is!

I strongly believe that without hyponobirthing and Madina the result would have been very different. Thank you so much for all your support and help Madina – you are fantastic!
